East Moline is also home to many great annual festivals and events. Every July, enjoy the John Deere Classic at TPC Deere Run, a PGA Tour event that has featured many golfing legends. Or check out the annual Quad Cities Balloon Festival at Kennedy Square, which has several balloon launches and a beautiful Night Glow.

If you're interested in getting out and about, check out Empire Park in downtown East Moline. Empire Park features a giant wooden jungle gym, large picnic pavilions with working electricity and nearby grills. There's also an adjacent boat launch into the Mississippi River, restrooms and rolle bolle courts. Or visit The Quarter, with riverfront walking trails and a beautiful view of the river.
