Whether you are a woman or a man - blonde, brunette, or red head - it's about sampling some fantastic beers (one of which is actually called Mississippi Blonde), and enjoying a great time with your friends. It's also about enjoying live music, comedy, trying your luck at one of our casinos, day spas, shopping, golf, or taking in a baseball, hockey, or arena football game. It's about having fun on the Mighty Mississippi River!

Be sure to check out our event calendar to find what festivals are going on during your visit.

Start your evening off exploring the many bars, clubs, live music and excitement of the Rock Island Arts & Entertainment District! Or, go to ComedySportz for some fun and laughter.
The District of Rock Island features many bars, clubs, comedy, live music, and some of the best nightlife of the Quad Cities.
Spend the daylight hours shopping at NorthPark Mall, SouthPark Mall, or the shopping district of LeClaire, Iowa. You can also schedule a spa appointment at John Taylor Salon & Day Spa or Two Rivers Massage - make your appointment ahead of your arrival. They have spa parties and group packages that are perfect for a girlfriend getaway.

If you're not into the shopping and spa treatments, how about a round of golf at any one of the 20+ golf courses in the area. allgolfqc.com will give you complete details on all the courses in the area. You may even like to take at swing at TPC Deere Run, a Tournament Players Course.
The Quad Cities is known as one of the premiere - and most affordable - golf destinations in the Midwest.
Evening activities begin with dinner and beer at Bent River Brewery, which opened its doors in 1997 in downtown Moline, Illinois. The beautifully polished copper kettles of this Bohemian Brau Haus produce, yes, the Mississippi Blonde, a light-bodied ale. In addition, they serve up an Oatmeal Stout, American Wheat, Strawberry Ale, Raspberry Wheat and more. Many of these beers are produced seasonally and complement Bent River Brewery's tasty menu. Dine inside our outside on the beer patio
Bent River Brewery produces many great local ales, including the Mississippi Blonde. Enjoy brews and food inside or out on the beer patio.
After dinner, how about an exciting evening filled with live sports entertainment? If you're a baseball fan, enjoy a game at Modern Woodmen Park in Downtown Davenport. This beautiful riverfront baseball stadium is home to the Quad Cities River Bandits, a Midwest League Class A baseball team and farm team of the Houston Astros.

Enjoy your day at your leisure or schedule a riverboat cruise aboard the Celebration Belle, or hop aboard the Channel Cat Water Taxi. Both provide an up-close view of the Mighty Mississippi River.
Hop aboard the Channel Cat Water Taxi for an up-close and personal look at the mighty Mississippi River.
You can also rent a bike at Union Station in Davenport, Iowa or RiverStation in Moline, Illinois and explore the riverfront trails that wind throughout the Quad Cities. (Available from April 1 through November 1).

The nightlife begins once again, but this time it is a stop at Front Street Brewery, the first microbrewery to open in the Quad Cities. Front Street serves up a delicious selection of ales and beers including the Bucktown Stout, Cherry Ale, Hefeweizen, Raging River Ale, and the Old Davenport Gold. Enjoy dinner too and dine inside or outside in the beer garden.

After dinner, try your luck at any one of three casinos in the area. Rhythm City Casino is located in walking distance of Front Street Brewery right on the riverfront. Just a few miles east, you will find the Isle Casino Hotel. In addition, just across the bridge into Rock Island, you will find Jumer's Casino and Hotel. All three offer the excitement of gaming!
The Quad Cities has three great casinos for all kinds of extraordinary gaming action.
