During Museum Week, the Swenson Center at Augustana College will feature the exhibit "Flying Fool: Charloes Lindbergh's Story." Charles Lingbergh, son of a Swedish immigrant and pioneer of aviation, gained fame overnight when he completed the first solo, nonstop, transatlantic flight.  This exhibit tells the story of the flight, the kidnapping and murder of his young son, and Linbergh's visit to the Quad Cities. 

The Center is open Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 to 4:30 p.m. and on Friday from 9 a.m.  to 12 p.m.
