Local wish alumni Aidan, 10, from East Moline just returned home from his wish to SNUBA dive. While on vacation, Make-A-Wish also arranged excursions for Aidan and his family to enjoy parasailing and a dolphin encounter. About Make-A-Wish Illinois
Since being founded locally in 1985, the chapter has granted more than 15,000 wishes and continues its mission to share the power of a wish® with children across the state with help from dedicated volunteers and generous community members. Wishes are granted to children with life-threatening medical conditions in Illinois. A child does NOT necessarily have to have a terminal diagnosis to qualify.
