Learn powerful self hypnosis techniques to reduce stress and anxiety.

The symptoms of stress and anxiety can range from mild to very severe.  In some cases, they can be quite debilitating.  Anxiety affects 40 Million adults in the U.S. every year, making it the most common mental illness in the U.S.  This does not include those under the age of 18.  Children are a population in which anxiety is very poorly recognized and treated.  The cost associated with these issues is hundreds of billions of dollars per yer.

The symptoms we associate with stress and anxiety are the output of the body’s nervous system, in response to a stimulus.  This response is conditioned, or learned, through either a high level input while the person is under high stress, or through repeated exposure to the stimulus.  By utilizing self hypnosis, we are able to help regulate and reprogram this response to one that is more positive and helpful.  Hypnosis is one method that can help facilitate this change.

The mind has the incredible power to alter how our body responds to stimulus.  By tapping into the power of the subconscious mind we are able to regain better control of our thoughts and actions.  Will you be join the ranks of those who have significantly reduced symptoms associated with stress and anxiety, or, will you be in the group that has managed to essentially eliminate these negative responses altogether.

Many say that all hypnosis is self hypnosis.  This introductory course is designed for anyone to be able to benefit from using self hypnosis.  We will examine some basic concepts of hypnosis, participate in a group hypnosis session, and then learn about, and engage in the practice of self hypnosis.  Handouts and audio recording will be provided.  All that is missing to make incredible change is you, and your open mind.  Commit yourself today, to beginning the process, of taking the steps, to a new and better self.
