Enter the Guide Cover ContestExperience Quad Cities (EQC) announces a community-wide contest for an original and artistic Event Guide cover design for the 2013 East West Riverfest.
The purpose of the contest is to create a cover for the East West Riverfest Event Guide. The image will be used extensively throughout all aspects of marketing and publicity.

East West Riverfest is not the creation of a new festival. It is a celebration of the arts, culture, and heritage of the Quad Cities. The celebration emphasizes existing festivals, events and activities, along with new ones that being held specifically because of the celebration.
