DECEMBER 2017 Quad Cities – The outdoor gardens of the Quad City Botanical Center will be in winter bloom this December with thousands of glowing lights during the new Winter Nights, Winter Lights.

This is a brand-new holiday light display at the Quad City Botanical Center, 2525 4th Avenue in Rock Island, Illinois.  Bundle up and stroll the gardens at night from 4:30-8:30 p.m. starting December 4, 2017.  Then come inside to warm up at the hot chocolate bar.  Bring the kids for crafts and cocoa or plan your visit on a special event day.

Winter Nights, Winter Lights Hours: Outdoor garden displays are open to the public from 4:30-8:30 p.m. on December 4-7; 10-13; 16-20; 22-24; and December 26-30.

Winter Nights, Winter Lights Cost: Adults 18 : $8; Youth 3-17: $4; Under 2: Free.  Members of the Quad City Botanical Center receive a $2 discount.

Winter Nights A'light Cocktail Party: Experience the inaugural lighting of the Winter Nights, Winter Lights exhibit at the Quad City Botanical Center on Friday, December 1 from 6-9 p.m.  Enjoy cocktails, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and a complimentary champagne toast.  Tickets are $30, and reservations are required for attendance.  You can purchase tickets online at  If you have questions, please call 309-794-0991 or email

Santa Time Tea: Enjoy the Winter Nights, Winter Lights display on Sunday, December 10 from 2-6 p.m.  See Santa and have holiday tea, as well as participate in take-home crafts and activities.  Advanced ticket purchase of $10 per person is required and can be purchased online at
