To be listed on the Event Calendar, your event must:
- Be of general interest to a visitor and open to anyone. While we will accept events that require registration, registration must be open to the general public.
- Occur in Scott, Rock Island, Mercer, Henry, or Muscatine Counties in Illinois or Iowa.
The Bureau reserves the right to accept, reject, or edit any event submitted. Any events that you submit to the website calendar will be published online for the general public, and may also be used by the Bureau in other forms, electronic or otherwise, for the express purpose of marketing the Quad Cities as a tourist destination. By filling out and submitting the form below, you signify your acceptance of these terms. If you have any problems or need assistance entering an event using this form, please email us.
