Nahant Marsh is a 305-acre nature preserve nestled in southwest Davenport, Iowa. It is part of a 513-acre wetland complex that is bordered by the Mississippi River, Interstate 280, and Highway 22. As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Nahant Marsh Education Center offers a wide variety of environmental education and outdoor recreation programs for children and adults of all ages. The Education Center is open to the public on Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm and Saturdays 9:00am-Noon. (extended hours to 3 p.m. during April - October).  The nature preserve is open to the public daily from sunrise to sunset.
