Gala Concert Emanuel Ax

Our Gala Concert tradition continues with world-renowned pianist Emanual Ax. The multi-Grammy®-award-winning artist will join the QCSO to perform Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s lyrical and heroic Piano Concerto No. 25 followed by his darker and more tempestuous Piano Concerto No. 20. Experience the full colors of the orchestra with Gustav Mahler’s shimmering Blumineto open the concert and Igor Stravinsky’s dazzling and triumphant The Firebird Suite to close the evening.
