April Yang Series

A 4-week series in April to explore building strength, stability, flexibility, and balance through yoga and qigong. Over these 4 weeks with the commitment to practice, you will see the benefits of these two practices. The series will be on Thursdays in April. The class will be 60 minutes of movement and 30 minutes of sound healing.
