Stroll Through Our Garden Spaces in the Quad Cities

No matter the time of year, our botanical gardens lead you on a peaceful path through heated green houses, tropical plants, seasonal blooms, and holiday displays. Plus, our outdoor gardens welcome each season with flowering blooms and plants that celebrate the coming of spring, summer and fall.

For Botanical experiences, check out the over 100 year old, 33-acre Vander Veer Botanical Park and Conservatory. It is believed to be one of the first botanical parks west of the Mississippi River. The Conservatory is famous for its 100-year tradition of providing gardens under glass and their rotating seasonal and holiday displays.

Quad City Botanical Center’s features an impressive 70-foot skylight garden. There the year-round sun garden offers lush, tropical plants and flowers along with a waterfall and Koi fishpond. The outdoor gardens feature a large children’s garden with interactive water features including a replica of the Mississippi River.

You’ll also find outdoor gardens as the historic Butterworth Center & Deere Wiman-House and the Hauberg Estate.

Take time for a relaxing stroll through our QC Gardens.
