In partnership with the parks, QC Friends of Off-Road Cycling have built eight trail systems for over 40 miles of single-track with features like bridges, curved wooden berms, and other technical features.Scott County, Sunderbruch, Illiniwek and Credit Island parks are great choices.

Boating, kayaking and canoeing on your list?  Our Mississippi and Rock Rivers, along with several lakes provide fun opportunities to paddle and explore.You can also cast your line in the Quad Cities - fishing is popular here too.

Get outdoors and play a game of golf, disc golf, or pickleball.From championship-level golf courses, highly rated disc golf layouts, and outdoor pickleball courts the options are amazing and worth it.

Did you know green spaces are a natural part of the Quad Cities? Get outdoors and discover the serene beauty of our gardens and parks. Set up a picnic, walk through a botanical center or conservatory, visit a marshland setting, learn about plants, and take in all the lovely colors and biodiversity of the Quad Cities.

And, if you need to cool down during a summertime visit, there are plenty of pools and splash pads that will do just that.
